Just Jolly Help Center Policy

This Just Jolly Help Center Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the Just Jolly Help Center (“Help Center”), including the support resources, knowledge base, customer service, and community forums provided by Just Jolly. By accessing or using the Help Center, you (the "User") agree to comply with this Policy in addition to the Just Jolly Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Just Jolly Help Center, you acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the Help Center are governed by this Help Center Policy, which is in addition to and incorporates the terms and conditions set forth in the Just Jolly Customer Care Terms of Use. By agreeing to this Policy, you also agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the Just Jolly Customer Care Terms of Use. If you do not agree with either of these documents, you must immediately cease using the Help Center.

This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Just Jolly, a platform powered by Incomars Software Services, located in New Delhi, India. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must refrain from using the Help Center.


1. Eligibility to Use the Help Center

1.1 General Eligibility: The Help Center is available for use by individuals who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 13, you are prohibited from using the Help Center, and you must immediately cease any use of it. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may use the Help Center only with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Policy.

1.2 Registration and Account: To access certain features of the Help Center (such as submitting a support ticket or interacting with customer care agents), you may need to have a valid account with Just Jolly. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary to ensure its accuracy.


2. Permitted Use

2.1 Support Access: The Help Center is primarily intended to provide users with access to customer support resources, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and assistance with product or service-related issues. You agree to use these resources for the sole purpose of obtaining help or support from Just Jolly.

2.2 Forum Access: The Help Center includes community forums, you may interact with other users by posting queries, answers, or other content. You agree to follow the Just Jolly Forum Guidelines when participating in the forum.


3. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

3.1 Prohibited Content: You agree that any content you post, submit, or share within the Help Center, including forum posts, comments, or support tickets, must comply with the Just Jolly Community Standards, Community Guidelines, and Content Guidelines. The following is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited content:

  • Spam: Unsolicited advertisements, solicitation of goods or services, and any form of advertising or marketing not directly related to support requests.

  • Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or encourages illegal activities, including but not limited to criminal conduct, fraud, and violation of intellectual property rights.

  • Harassment and Abuse: Content that constitutes harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse of others, including hate speech or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristics.

  • Offensive or Explicit Content: Content that is vulgar, obscene, explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience.

  • Impersonation: Any content that misrepresents your identity or impersonates another person, entity, or organization.

3.2 Monitoring and Removal of Content: Just Jolly reserves the right to monitor and review all content posted in the Help Center and forums. In its sole discretion, Just Jolly may remove or modify any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.


4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership of Content: All content, materials, and intellectual property related to the Help Center, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and any content provided by Just Jolly, remains the exclusive property of Just Jolly and its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use such content except as expressly permitted by Just Jolly.

4.2 User-Generated Content: By submitting content to the Help Center (e.g., forum posts, feedback, or responses), you grant Just Jolly a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Help Center.


5. Account Suspension and Disabling

5.1 Suspension or Disabling of Account: Just Jolly reserves the right to suspend or disable your account if you violate the terms outlined in this Policy or the Just Jolly Terms of Service, including engaging in behavior or posting content that violates the Community Standards, Content Guidelines, or any other applicable rules. Suspension or disabling of your account may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the violation.

5.2 Appeal Process: If your account is suspended or disabled, you may appeal the decision by contacting Just Jolly Customer Care within 180 days from the date of suspension. Failure to submit an appeal within this period may result in permanent disabling of your account.

5.3 No Refund: The suspension or disabling of your account does not entitle you to a refund for any fees or payments made, including any paid group creation or premium membership fees. Payments made to Just Jolly are non-refundable as per the Just Jolly Groups Policy.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Collection and Use of Data: By using the Help Center, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Just Jolly Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of data related to your use of support resources, submission of queries, and participation in community forums.

6.2 Security: Just Jolly takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of personal data submitted through the Help Center. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and Just Jolly cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.


7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty: The Help Center is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Just Jolly does not warrant that the Help Center will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Jolly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Help Center or any content or services provided therein, even if Just Jolly has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


8. Modifications to the Help Center Policy

8.1 Right to Modify: Just Jolly reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or update this Help Center Policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on the Just Jolly website or within the Help Center. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Policy to ensure compliance.

8.2 Notification: In the event of any material changes to the Policy, Just Jolly may notify you via email or other communication methods. By continuing to use the Help Center after such changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.


9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law: This Policy and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Help Center shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.


10. Indemnification

10.1 Indemnification by User: By using the Help Center, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Jolly, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Policy or your use of the Help Center in a manner inconsistent with these terms.


11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement: This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Just Jolly regarding the use of the Help Center and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such use.

11.2 Severability: If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.


By using the Just Jolly Help Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.
