Optimizing Your Post's Content for SEOOne of the best ways to get your content to rank higher in search engine results is by adding original text. Not sure where to start? Follow the steps below to get the most out of your content. How search engines use your content Search engines crawl and index each page on website individually. When someone enters a search term, the search engine tries to understand their intent and gives them the most relevant results for their query. The rank of your content in those results depends on the quality of your content and how relevant it is to certain keywords. Optimizing your content for search engines Be original Creating original content for each page of website is a great way to rank higher. It’s important to use your page’s keywords in a natural, unforced way. One way you can do this is by describing the main purpose of website in different ways. Search engines also assign a higher value to quality content, so avoid lists of keywords or repeating the same text on multiple pages. Duplicating content from other sites is also something to avoid. Search engines can recognize duplicate content and may penalize your site. Be descriptive Go into as much detail as you can about what you do, what services or products you offer, and what your users can get from your site. Here are a few ideas to make your site more descriptive: Add accurate title tags for each page Create separate pages for different products, services, and topics Imagine yourself in your site visitor’s place and write the information you would want to know Give the people what they want We recommend writing content that answers popular questions related to your keywords. It’s a great way to draw visitors to your site by giving them the help they need. It also proves to search engines that your site has value and is worth ranking higher. Give the people what they want (regularly) You should also create fresh content for your site on a regular basis. Update your site or ("Post") regularly with changes in your business, new projects you’re working on, and new products or services your customers can buy. Put the most important information in writing Rich content like videos, animations, and audio clips can help keep visitors on your site for longer, but search engines don’t easily understand them. Use text for important information as much as possible. If you use a graphic or logo for your site’s name, make sure to add alt text to it. You should also include the site's name as text somewhere else on the page. Use heading tags The H1 tag, also known as a heading tag, acts as the title of each page. The H1 tag should be the headline of a page, similar to the headline of a page of a newspaper. Each page of your site should have its own unique heading tags. The heading tag should describe the content of each page. This helps both search engines and site visitors understand what each page is about.

Using Keywords on Your Post's ContentsKeywords and search phrases are words, or groups of words, that a user enters into search engines in order to be matched with relevant content. Smart SEO is all about focusing on the keywords that are most likely to reach people who are genuinely interested in what you do. Best Practices for Keywords and Search Phrases: Your keywords should appear throughout the content of your post. Use these words in your post's alt text in an organic way, keeping them in their correct context. If you feel that a certain search phrase cannot be mentioned any more in your post content (organically), try adding more content to your post. Make sure that these additions contribute something of value to your post visitors. Use keywords and search phrases that you want search engines to relate to your post. Use keywords and search phrases that you think your post's potential visitors are entering in search engines to find you, your company, or the service you provide. Each search phrase should be between 1 to 4 words. Consider the amount of competition for a given keyword or search phrase and try to use specific and unique phrases. For example: Broad terms with high competition for ranking. More specific terms. Make the most of your content by using keywords and search phrases that contribute to your SEO.

Accessibility: Understanding AccessibilityWebsite accessibility refers to the practice of formatting the site to ensure everyone, able-bodied or disabled, can equally access, navigate and interact with the site's content. Our site may have some visitors who require different accommodations in order to navigate or use our site: Visual accommodations: People who experience low vision or loss of vision may rely on assistive technologies (like screen readers) or visual formatting (like increased text size, higher color contrasts, etc.) to successfully navigate through our site. Limited motor-function accommodations: People whose motor function range limits the use of a mouse or touchpad, may instead use a keyboard coupled with visual indicators to navigate through a site. Auditory accommodations: People who experience any degree of hearing loss may rely on the availability of audio captions or transcripts on the site. Cognitive accommodations: People affected by learning or cognitive disabilities (dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc.) rely on content structure and layout consistency to navigate successfully through the site. Neurological accommodations: People with sensory sensitivities (such as seizure disorders) may rely on reduced motion of animated elements, or may benefit from the option to control what triggers a movement or an animation. Speech accommodations: People who are affected by speech disabilities may require alternate contact methods, such as providing contact forms, chat, or email options, rather than just providing a phone number. It is therefore good web practice to ensure that all of our visitors can navigate and enjoy our site equally.

Accessibility: Preparing Images and GalleriesVisitors who have visual impairments may use assistive technology such as screen readers to browse your post. Add descriptions to your images and galleries using alt text to make them accessible to these visitors. Alt text provides information about your media and helps search engines and screen readers "read" them. Adding alt text You should add alt text to all relevant images, including media appearing in functionalities such as Forum, Weblog, Groups etc. Adding alt text ensures that visitors using screen readers can access and understand the content on your post. Learn more Text in images This refers to images that contain pictured or added text. Text in images cannot be "read" by search engines or screen readers. However, if the image is necessary, and the text has context to the post, you can add it to the image description using alt text. If the text does not have context or doesn't contribute to the content of the post, you do not need to add it to the image description using alt text. Select an option below to learn more about image text you should and shouldn't add to the image description using alt text. Important text Relevant text is text in images that are important to the context of the site, and contribute to the content. Non-important text Examples of text in images that may not be relevant include watermarks, or text that is added or pictured for decorative purposes. Images of text Images of text contain only text, and no other pictured elements. Some examples of this include pictures of fonts, or logos that contain text only. As they are not "real" text elements, images of text cannot be read by search engines or screen readers. We recommend avoiding them where possible, and replacing them with real text elements to improve SEO and accessibility on your post.
-
Accessibility: Making Document Files AccessibleIf you have documents on your posts, you can make them accessible so that more visitors can make use of them. Click here to learn how to make PDF files accessible. Click here to learn how to make your Word documents accessible.
-
Accessibility: Making Videos and Audio AccessibleWhen adding media such as videos, GIFs, and audio files to post, you should ensure that it is accessible to all visitors or viewers. You can do this by adding alternatives, such as transcripts and captions. This ensures that viewers or visitors on post with disabilities and impairments can access and enjoy the content on your post. Adding text descriptions to media without sound If your post contains GIFs or videos that do not have sound, visitors or viewers with sight-related impairments may not be able to access them. We recommend adding a text description to the piece of media that describes the events that are taking place. For example, the text description of this GIF could be: A GIF of the cat with the sentence "I MISS YOU" flashing across it. This improves your site's accessibility, as screen readers can "read" the description, and inform the viewer or visitor of the media's content. Adding text transcripts to audio files You should attach text transcripts to any audio files you upload to your post. This improves accessibility, as it ensures that visitors or viewers who are deaf or hard of hearing can access and enjoy this content. You can create a transcript by writing it into a document, and then linking the document under or above the audio file or uploading the document. Tip: You can link your transcript through text, or with a button. Adding captions to videos Adding captions to your videos is a good way to ensure that visitors or viewers with hearing or cognitive impairments can understand and enjoy your content. Closed captions do not just contain subtitles. They also contain description of sounds that aren't dialogue. Most videos hosting sites (such as YouTube) have a "Closed Caption" feature, which allows viewers to turn on captions while viewing the video. If you upload your own video, you can add captions with external video editing software, such as Amara. See more closed captioning software options Tip: We recommend providing captions in multiple languages, as they are also helpful for viewers who may not speak the language spoken in your video. Adding audio descriptions to videos Audio descriptions are a type of audio that is added to videos to improve accessibility. They do so by describing events to visitors who have sight-related impairments, and who may be relying on audio to navigate and understand the content on your post. Audio descriptions are recorded descriptions of visual events that do not make sound, such as movement, facial expressions, and lighting changes. For example, a weather report may include the audio description: "The meteorologist is pointing to the southeast of the country". Audio descriptions are added between dialogue and other important audio, so the audience can hear them clearly. You can add audio descriptions within the video itself, or by adding an extra audio track.

Trademark InfringementHave you found a post on Just-Jolly.com that you believe is infringing on your trademark? Before you report it, please ask yourself these 3 questions: Is the post using your trademark to review or criticize your products or service? If so, this is not trademark infringement. Since we will promptly reject your complaint, please don’t submit your complaint. Have you contacted the post author/writer directly to resolve the issue? Check if the blog or post has a contact form or leave a comment on one of their posts requesting the post author/writer contact you. Is the post really on Just-Jolly.com? Just Jolly has no control over blogs or posts that say “Powered by Just-Jolly.com”. Please contact the appropriate web host with your complaint. We only host blogs or posts that have “just-jolly.com” in their URL. Filing your complaint If you weren’t able to resolve the issue directly with the post author/writer, we recommend to submit your complaint to report.justjolly@gmail.com, to ensure you include all the information we’ll need to investigate: https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vQ4yaGqAOhuNtFiTpS1eunCkKDdX0b5cUVkoHNJM7Sb0Bww1wvLpNHkM3xBpoaITcQdvhbdOWOQZDo4/pub Specifically, we’ll need the following information: your name and contact information your company name, and website address, if applicable identification of your trademark being infringed, including official trademark registration details and information the URL of the Just-Jolly.com post being reported and the exact content/aspect of that post a clear and detailed explanation of how the above content is in violation of your trademark, thus creating consumer confusion a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the trademark in the manner complained of is an infringement of the rights granted under Indian and/or foreign trademark law your physical or electronic signature as the owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the trademark that is allegedly infringed your consent to forward the trademark complaint to the post author/writer, including your contact information Our Process With all this information, our team will review your complaint, and will take action as appropriate if we consider the use of your trademark to be infringing. When we evaluate your complaint, we weigh the following factors: Likelihood of confusion. This is the central focus of determining if the use of a mark is infringing. Strength of the mark. There are five categories of trademarks: Fanciful – a made up mark that doesn’t correlate with the product/service, e.g. Kodak, Haagen-Dazs, Exxon. These marks have less inherent meaning, and can be used to create a strong correlation between the mark and product/service. Arbitrary – a mark with a common meaning, unrelated to the product/service, e.g. Apple (for computers), Amazon (online book sales). These marks are strong because they are inherently distinctive. Suggestive – a mark that hints at the product/service, but which still requires an act of imagination, or power of suggestion, e.g. Microsoft (suggesting software for microcomputers), Coppertone (suggesting your copper tone from using sun tan lotion). These marks can be strong, but their strength relies on the suggestiveness, which may be disputed and deemed a descriptive trademark instead. Descriptive – a mark that describes the product/service, e.g. Holiday Inn (for travel accommodations), World Book (for encyclopedias). These marks don’t receive any trademark protection, unless they’ve been used in commerce and have built up a secondary meaning. “Secondary meaning” occurs when consumers identify the goods or services on which the descriptive term appears with a single source. In other words, if consumers know that HOLIDAY INN hotels are all affiliated with a single source, then the mark has secondary meaning and receives trademark protection. Generic – a mark that describes the product/service, e.g. Shredded Wheat (for a cereal), Laptop (for a portable computer). These marks don’t receive trademark production. Proximity of the products/services. Are the purchasers of both in the same group of people? Does the product/service have a similar use and function? Similarity of the marks. Do they sound the same? Appear the same? Mean the same? This can increase the likelihood of confusion. Evidence of actual confusion. Is there any evidence customers have been confused? Similarity of marketing channels used. Would product/services using the mark be found advertising in the same channels? This can increase the likelihood of confusion. Type of product/the degree of caution exercised by the typical purchaser. For cheaper goods, there might be more likelihood of infringement since low cost usually means low degree of caution before purchase. However, if the product is a military cargo aircraft that costs millions, and the only customer is the Indian military, there is a weaker case for infringement. Intent behind selecting or using the mark. Does the use of the mark suggest or imply an affiliation or sponsorship? Or is it just being used to refer to the trademark? For example, fan blogs or posts aren’t infringement because there’s probably no confusion, and they’re just using the name because they have to refer to what they’re fans of, not as an indication of affiliation or sponsorship. Likelihood of expansion in the market of the goods. Is there a strong possibility that either party may expand their business to compete with the other? This can increase the probability that the current use of the mark is infringing. The Decision After examination, most trademark complaints fall into the follow categories: Not trademark infringement. Most often the trademark complaints we receive are posts that are using the trademark to review or criticize a company’s products or services. We will let you know we won’t be suspending the post, and we will pass along your complaint to the post author/writer for their review. Borderline complaint. If we aren’t legally required to act on your complaint under the law of the India, we will let you know, and will pass along your complaint to the post author/writer with advice to contact you directly. As the post author/writer is the party legally responsible for the content, we will encourage you to resolve it directly with the post author/writer. Valid trademark infringement complaint. Unless the infringement is pervasive enough to warrant an immediate suspension, we will pass along your complaint to the post author/writer, along with a list of changes they’ll need to make over the next week to resolve your complaint. If the changes aren’t made, we will suspend the post. Not infringement, but another violation. If the post you’ve reported is violating our Terms of Service, we’ll immediately suspend it and thank-you for your assistance.

If a site is not secured with HTTPS, data may be intercepted more easily by attackers. Some of the benefits of HTTPS include: Security: Your data is safe. All data is encrypted, ensuring that it cannot be intercepted or tampered with. This is especially important for websites that handle sensitive information, such as payment information, passwords, or personal data. Trust: Visitors are more comfortable making purchases or sharing their personal information when they see our site is secure. Search results: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is improved, as Google ranks HTTPS sites more favorably. What is an SSL certificate? A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate is a digital certificate that verifies the identity of a website and allows a site to be viewed securely over a HTTPS connection. It secures the connection between your browser and the web address you’re visiting. When you visit a website with an SSL certificate, your browser will check the certificate to make sure it's valid. Your browser can then use the certificate to encrypt any information you send to the website. URLs for websites with SSL certificates usually start with "https", and there is often a lock icon beside the URL in your browser's address bar. Depending on your browser, you may see a settings icon or an "i" instead. Usually, clicking the icon shows you more information on the SSL details. Using HTTPS on older browsers Some older browsers don’t support the higher security standards required by SSL certificates. Visitors accessing our site on these browsers may have trouble loading the HTTPS version of our site. Unsupported browsers include: Google Chrome versions older than 6 Internet Explorer versions older than 7 Firefox versions older than 2.0 Safari versions older than 2.1 All versions of Internet Explorer on Windows XP Unsupported mobile browsers include: Safari browsers running on an iOS version older than 4.0 Android browsers running on a version older than 3.0 (Honeycomb) Windows Phone browsers running on a version older than 7 Important: Older operating systems can sometimes fail to recognise a modern SSL Certificate. This does not mean there is an issue with your site's SSL Certificate. To resolve the issue, update your device to the most recent operating system (OS) available from Apple or Windows. FAQs

The protection works by checking the sites that you visit against lists of reported phishing and malware sites. These lists are automatically downloaded and updated every 30 minutes or so. The technical details of the safe-browsing protocol are also publicly available. To check if the phishing and malware protection is turned on, please follow the instructions below:
