Introduction
At Just Jolly, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency and compliance when it comes to branded content. Branded content refers to content created by a publisher or creator that features or is influenced by a business partner in exchange for value, whether monetary or in-kind. In accordance with this policy, all branded content must adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including local laws, global standards, and Just Jolly's guidelines.
By agreeing to the Just Jolly Branded Content Policy, which is incorporated under and governed by the Just Jolly Terms of Service, you acknowledge and consent to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth therein. Furthermore, by providing your agreement to the Just Jolly Terms of Service, you also expressly agree to comply with all provisions of the Just Jolly Branded Content Policy, as part of the overarching contractual obligations governing your use of the Just Jolly platform.
1. Branded Content Guidelines Creators must ensure that all third-party products, brands, or business partners are tagged appropriately in compliance with Just Jolly’s standards. This tool must be used with prior consent from the business partner involved.
2. Compliance with Applicable Laws All creators must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the country or region where their ads are displayed, as well as their own country’s legal requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, local advertising laws, consumer protection laws, data privacy laws, and industry-specific guidelines. Branded content must be designed to ensure compliance with these standards, including the provision of necessary disclosures to users as required by law.
3. Age Restrictions Certain types of branded content require age gating to ensure that they are only shown to appropriate audiences. Content must comply with applicable age restrictions based on the nature of the product or service being promoted. For instance, alcohol, subscription services, financial products, and other restricted categories must adhere to age restrictions based on local laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Content Just Jolly prohibits the promotion of the following types of content in branded content:
Illegal Products or Services: Any products or services that are prohibited by law.
Tobacco Products and Simulated Smoking Devices:
