Clearing Your Browser's Cache

The browser's cache is a temporary storage location on your computer that stores website data, such as images, scripts, and other files, to help web pages load faster. When you visit Just Jolly, your browser may store certain data in the cache to improve your browsing experience.


However, if you encounter issues with Just Jolly, such as pages not loading or content not updating, it may be necessary to clear your browser's cache.


Before clearing cache: Try opening your browser in incognito/private mode to see if the issue is cache-related. If the problem is resolved in incognito mode, clear your browser's cache.

First close all windows and tabs of your browser. Open a new tab, making sure www.just-jolly.com is not open, and then follow the relevant steps below.

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del (press Cmd + Shift + Delete using a Mac).

  2. Click the drop-down next to Time range and select All time.

  3. Make sure the box is checked next to Cached images and files then click Clear data.

  4. Close and reopen Chrome.

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del (press Cmd + Shift + Delete using a Mac).

  2. Click the drop-down next to Time range to clear: and select Everything.

  3. Make sure the box is checked next to Cache and click Clear now.

  4. Close and reopen Firefox.

  1. ​Press Cmd + , to open Preferences.

  2. Click the Advanced tab.

  3. Check the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar (at the bottom of the window).

  4. Click Develop in Safari's menu bar and select Empty Caches.

  5. Close and reopen Safari.

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del (press Cmd + Shift + Delete using a Mac).

  2. Make sure the box is checked next to Cached data and files and click Clear.

  3. Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.


Still having issues after clearing cache? Try flushing your system's DNS cache. If this doesn't resolve the issues, follow the instructions for disabling add-ons and extensions.
