Just Jolly Incentive Terms of Service

These Just Jolly Incentive Terms of Service ("Incentive Terms of Service") govern your participation in the Just Jolly Incentive (the "Incentive") program, provided by Just Jolly, a social networking platform powered by Incomars Software Services ("Just Jolly," "we," "our," or "us"). The Incentive allows users to earn Snowflakes, a virtual currency, through purchases, tasks, orders, and other specified activities on the Just Jolly Platform (the "Platform"). These Snowflakes may be redeemed for discounts, products, and other rewards offered by Just Jolly, subject to the terms set forth herein. By accessing, using, or participating in the Incentive, you (the "User," "you," or "your") expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Incentive Terms of Service, the Just Jolly Terms of Service, and the Just Jolly Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms").By agreeing to the Just Jolly Incentive Terms of Service, which are incorporated within the Just Jolly Terms of Service, you further acknowledge and consent to be bound by the Just Jolly Coupons Terms and Conditions, also governed under the aforementioned Just Jolly Terms of Service. This agreement signifies your full acceptance of all applicable terms, conditions, and policies, including any amendments thereof, and your irrevocable commitment to comply with the legal obligations and regulatory frameworks governing these services.

If you do not agree to the Terms, you are prohibited from participating in the Incentive and any of Just Jolly Service.

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION:

1.1 Incentive: The Just Jolly Incentive refers to the rewards program through which Users may earn Snowflakes by engaging in qualifying actions on the Platform, including but not limited to making purchases, placing orders, completing tasks, or other activities as designated by Just Jolly. Users may then redeem these Snowflakes for rewards, including but not limited to products, discounts, or other benefits.

1.2 Snowflakes: "Snowflakes" refers to the virtual currency or digital points issued to Users within the context of the Incentive. Snowflakes are earned by completing specific actions on the Platform, including purchases, tasks, and other activities that Just Jolly may specify from time to time.

1.3 Reward Redemption: Snowflakes can be exchanged for rewards, including discount coupons, products, or other incentives. The redemption rate is set at a ratio of 10 Snowflakes = 1 USD or its equivalent in the local currency.

1.4 User: An individual who has registered with Just Jolly, meets the eligibility criteria set forth by Just Jolly, and is authorized to participate in the Incentive.

1.5 Platform: The social networking platform operated by Just Jolly, where users can earn and redeem Snowflakes, including any affiliated websites, applications, or services provided by Just Jolly.

2. PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY:

2.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for participation in the Just Jolly Incentive, you must: (a) Be a registered User of the Platform in accordance with the Just Jolly Terms of Service; (b) Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations; (c) Be of legal age in your jurisdiction, and legally able to form binding agreements.

2.2 Exclusion of Users: Just Jolly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any individual or entity from participation in the Incentive, including but not limited to individuals: (a) Who violate the Just Jolly Terms of Service or these Incentive Terms of Service; (b) Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior or practices; (c) Who are underage or otherwise unable to form legally binding agreements in accordance with applicable laws.

3. EARNING SNOWFLAKES:

3.1 Qualifying Activities: Users may earn Snowflakes through various qualifying activities, including but not limited to: (a) Making eligible purchases of products or services on the Platform; (b) Placing orders for goods or services available on the Platform; (c) Completing specific tasks or challenges designated by Just Jolly; (d) Participating in promotional campaigns, surveys, or other events that may earn Snowflakes, as determined by Just Jolly at its discretion.

3.2 Snowflake Allocation: Snowflakes will be credited to the User's account upon the successful completion of a qualifying activity. Just Jolly reserves the right to change the number of Snowflakes awarded for any given activity at its sole discretion, including retroactive changes.

3.3 Validity of Snowflakes: Snowflakes are valid indefinitely and will not expire unless specified otherwise by Just Jolly. Snowflakes may only be used for redemption as specified by Just Jolly. They are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no monetary refund will be provided for Snowflakes under any circumstances.

4. PURCHASING SNOWFLAKES:

4.1 Snowflake Purchases: Users may purchase additional Snowflakes for real money using the payment methods available on the Platform. The purchase rate for Snowflakes will be specified on the Platform, and Just Jolly reserves the right to change the purchase rate at its sole discretion.

4.2 Payment and Fees: By purchasing Snowflakes, Users agree to pay the specified amounts in the local currency or its equivalent. All Snowflake purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

4.3 Currency Exchange: The conversion rate for Snowflakes is set at 10 Snowflakes = 1 USD or its equivalent in local currency. The exchange rate for Snowflakes is subject to change at the sole discretion of Just Jolly, with such changes communicated to the User through the Platform.

5. REDEEMING SNOWFLAKES:

5.1 Reward Redemption: Users may redeem accumulated Snowflakes for rewards, including but not limited to discounts, products, services, or any other rewards specified by Just Jolly. The redemption rate is 10 Snowflakes = 1 USD or equivalent in local currency.

5.2 Limitations on Redemption: Just Jolly reserves the right to impose limitations on the redemption of Snowflakes, including: (a) Minimum and maximum redemption thresholds; (b) Restrictions on specific products or rewards that may not be redeemable with Snowflakes; (c) Expiration of specific promotional offers, rewards, or Snowflake offers after a designated period.

5.3 Taxes: Users are solely responsible for any taxes or fees that may apply to rewards redeemed through the Incentive, as imposed by applicable tax authorities.

6. MISUSE OF SNOWFLAKES:

6.1 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your participation in the Incentive, as well as legal consequences: (a) Engaging in fraudulent activities or abuse of the Snowflake system, including but not limited to manipulating the accumulation or redemption of Snowflakes through deceptive practices; (b) Using Snowflakes for commercial or resale purposes not authorized by Just Jolly; (c) Violating any laws or regulations that apply to the Incentive, or any provision of the Just Jolly Terms of Service.

6.2 Consequences of Misuse: Just Jolly reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account of any User found engaging in prohibited activities, and to forfeit any Snowflakes accumulated or rewards redeemed through such misuse.

7. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE INCENTIVE:

7.1 Modification: Just Jolly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Incentive at any time, with or without notice, and to make changes to these Incentive Terms of Service, including the rules governing the accumulation and redemption of Snowflakes, the rewards offered, and the overall structure of the Incentive.

7.2 Termination: Just Jolly reserves the right to terminate the participation of any User in the Incentive, with or without cause, if it deems that the User has violated any of the Terms, or engaged in any unlawful or unethical conduct.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

8.1 No Liability for Rewards: Just Jolly is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the non-availability or unavailability of rewards or Snowflakes. Just Jolly does not guarantee that any specific rewards will be available for redemption, nor is it responsible for any loss resulting from the unavailability of Snowflakes.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Jolly, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Incentive or your participation therein.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

9.1 Governing Law: These Incentive Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Incentive Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. The parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any such disputes.

10. MISCELLANEOUS:

10.1 Entire Agreement: These Incentive Terms of Service, along with the Just Jolly Terms of Service and the Just Jolly Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the User and Just Jolly concerning the Incentive, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings regarding the Incentive.

10.2 Severability: If any provision of these Incentive Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver: No failure or delay by Just Jolly in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Incentive Terms of Service shall operate as a waiver thereof.

11. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT:

By participating in the Just Jolly Incentive, you acknowledge and agree that your participation is governed by these Incentive Terms of Service, the Just Jolly Terms of Service, and the Just Jolly Privacy Policy. You consent to the collection, processing, and use of your data in accordance with the Just Jolly Privacy Policy.

By using the Just Jolly Incentive, you agree to the terms and acknowledge that participation is at your own risk, governed by these legal provisions.
