What Happens When Just Jolly Removes My Content?

At Just Jolly, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community for all users. To ensure that our platform remains a positive environment, we have established Community Standards and Content Guidelines that all users must follow when posting or sharing content. If your content violates any of these guidelines or terms, it may be removed.

Why Is My Content Removed?

If your content is found to be in violation of our Community Standards, Content Guidelines, or any of our other policies, it may be removed from the platform. Violations include, but are not limited to:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment

  • Inappropriate or explicit content

  • Violations of intellectual property rights

  • Spam, misleading information, or deceptive practices

  • Threatening, abusive, or harmful behavior

We take these issues seriously to protect all users and maintain the integrity of our platform.

What Happens After Content Is Removed?

  1. Notification: If your content is removed for violating our policies, we will notify you via email. This notification will explain why your content was removed and reference the specific Community Standard, Content Guideline, or policy that was violated. We believe in transparency, and this helps you better understand the reason behind the action.

  2. Account Impact: Depending on the severity of the violation, and your history of previous violations, your account may face additional consequences:

    • Temporary Restrictions: In some cases, your ability to post or interact with the platform may be temporarily restricted.

    • Permanent Restrictions: If repeated violations occur, your account may be permanently suspended or disabled to protect the community.

We encourage you to review our Community Standards and Content Guidelines to prevent further violations.

  3. Appeal Process: If you believe that your content was removed in error, you can appeal the decision by clicking the 'Request Review' in the notification email or contact the Just Jolly customer care. In your appeal, please provide any relevant context or information that could help us reassess the removal. We carefully review all appeals and take appropriate action based on the circumstances. Tip: Learn how to appeal for content restoration

  4. Review of Your Account History: If this is not the first violation of our policies, we may take your account history into consideration when determining the next steps. Continuous breaches of our standards could lead to more severe penalties, including permanent account suspension.
