Appeal for Content Restoration

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake, you have the option to appeal the decision. Follow the steps below to submit your appeal and request the restoration of your content.


How to Appeal Content Restoration:

  1. Visit the Just Jolly Help Center.

  2. Click on the Contact Customer Care button.

  3. In the form, select Just Jolly Member's Area.

  4. Choose Appeal for Content Restoration.

  5. Under Reason for Removal of the Content, if you don't find an appropriate reason, select Other.

  6. In the Type your message here... field, explain your situation.

  7. Once you're ready, click Submit.
