Troubleshooting reCAPTCHA issues

If you're having issues using the sign-in reCAPTCHA, try the following:


Try reloading the CAPTCHA

If there's an error with your CAPTCHA, you may not be able to solve it. 


You can try clicking the reCAPTCHA button to get a new CAPTCHA.

Make sure that you enabled cookies in your browser

If your browser is set to block third-party cookies, you may have trouble logging in to your Just Jolly account. Enable cookies to make sure you can log in successfully.

Enable cross-site tracking in your browser

Make sure you're on the correct Just Jolly login page

If you previously saved Just Jolly's login page as a bookmark on your browser, the link may be out of date.


Go to Just-Jolly.com and try logging in again there.


Note: If you've followed these steps still can't use reCAPTCHA to log in to your Just Jolly account, you can try troubleshooting general log-in issues.
