Unable to Log In to Your Just Jolly Account: Forgot Password

If you are having trouble signing in to your Just Jolly account because you have forgotten your password, don't worry! Just follow these simple steps:


  1. Go to the Just Jolly Log In Page.

  2. Click the Forgot Password?.

  3. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.

  4. Check your email and follow the instructions to create your new password.

If your email address exists in our system, you'll receive an email with the link to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders.


If you don't receive the email, make sure that you entered your email address correctly in the steps above.


Troubleshooting password reset issues


  1. Clear your browser’s cache and try again

    1. Clear your browser’s cache or Clearing Your Browser's Cache on a Mobile Device.

    2. Close the browser and reopen it.

    3. Go back to the password reset email and click the link. Note: If you see a security warning pop-up, click Load Anyway.

  2. Check that cookies aren’t blocked in your browser

    1. A cookie is a small file stored in your browser which helps a website recognize you. If you have chosen to block cookies in your browser, you will not be able to log in to Just Jolly. Go to your browser settings and make sure that you have not chosen to block cookies.
