Suspension and Disabling of Just Jolly Account
Suspension or Disabling of Just Jolly Accounts for Violation of Community Standards, Community Guidelines, and Content Guidelines
Right to Suspend or Disable Accounts: Just Jolly reserves the unequivocal right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently disable the account of any User who violates or is found to have violated the Just Jolly Community Standards, Community Guidelines, or Content Guidelines as set forth in the Just Jolly Terms of Service or any applicable document incorporated therein. Such actions may be undertaken when it is determined that a User's conduct is detrimental to the functioning of the platform or violates the integrity of the Just Jolly community. Violation of the aforementioned standards and guidelines shall be subject to enforcement by Just Jolly, which may result in either a temporary suspension of the User’s account or, in extreme cases, permanent disabling of the account.
Appeal Procedure: In the event that a User's account is suspended for violations of the Community Standards, Just Jolly provides the User with an opportunity to appeal such suspension. The User may submit an appeal by directly contacting Just Jolly Customer Care within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of suspension. The appeal must be submitted in writing, with all pertinent details, and in accordance with the instructions provided by Just Jolly in the communication regarding the suspension. Failure to initiate an appeal within the stipulated period of one hundred eighty (180) days shall result in the permanent disabling of the account, and the User shall lose all access to their account, content, and any privileges associated therewith.
Immediate Disabling Without Suspension: Notwithstanding the foregoing, Just Jolly may, at its sole discretion and without prior suspension, disable a User’s account where it determines, in good faith, that the User’s actions or content have led to a severe violation of the Community Standards or other applicable rules. Such severe violations may include, but are not limited to, illegal activities, endangerment of individuals or the community, or conduct that poses an immediate threat to the safety or security of the platform or its Users. In cases where the violation is deemed time-sensitive or poses significant harm to the platform’s integrity or public safety, Just Jolly may take immediate action to disable the account without first issuing a suspension.
Definition of Severe Violations: Severe violations that may result in the immediate disabling of an account are defined in Just Jolly’s Community Standards and may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Engagement in illegal activities: Such as the promotion of illegal substances, trafficking, human rights abuses, or any other unlawful conduct.
Impersonation or misrepresentation: Using false information to impersonate another individual or entity with the intent to deceive or cause harm to the platform or its community.
Promotion of violence or harm: The sharing or promoting of content that incites violence, harm, or terroristic activities, whether directly or indirectly.
Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior: Posting content that promotes hatred, harassment, discrimination, or otherwise targets specific groups based on protected characteristics, including but not limited to race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
Spam or malicious activities: Engaging in unsolicited advertising, phishing schemes, or other forms of manipulative or harmful conduct intended to exploit other Users or the platform.
Reason for Suspension or Disabling of Account: Just Jolly may suspend or disable a User’s account for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
Non-Compliance with Community Standards: The User posts, shares, or distributes content that does not align with the Just Jolly Community Standards, which may include inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or harmful content. This includes but is not limited to content related to pornography, hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities.
Misrepresentation of Identity: The User engages in deceptive practices by misrepresenting their identity with the intent to mislead, deceive, or circumvent platform policies, including impersonating another individual or entity, or evading enforcement actions intended to maintain platform integrity.
Harassment and Unwanted Contact: The User contacts other individuals through the platform with the intent to harass, intimidate, or otherwise engage in prohibited forms of communication, such as unsolicited advertising, spamming, or solicitation for unlawful activities. Harassment may also include the deliberate targeting of individuals based on personal characteristics, including but not limited to their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected attributes.
Finality of Decision: Following the expiration of the appeal period, or after review of the appeal if submitted, Just Jolly shall make a final determination regarding the User's account status. This determination is conclusive, and the decision made by Just Jolly shall not be subject to further dispute, modification, or reconsideration unless new evidence is presented that warrants re-evaluation. All actions taken under the terms of this policy, including the suspension or disabling of accounts, shall be final and binding upon the User.
No Refund for Suspended or Disabled Accounts: The suspension or disabling of a User's account does not entitle the User to a refund of any fees, payments, or charges associated with their account, including any paid group creation or premium membership fees. As per the Just Jolly Groups Policy, all payments made to Just Jolly are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of suspension or permanent disabling of the account.
Further Actions: If a User’s account is found to be involved in repeated or egregious violations, or if the User fails to comply with the corrective actions prescribed by Just Jolly upon suspension, Just Jolly reserves the right to pursue additional actions, including but not limited to:
Referral to law enforcement authorities if the violation is deemed to constitute an illegal activity under applicable law.
The application of permanent restrictions on the User's ability to create or manage new Groups or to engage with the platform in any capacity.
Indemnification: By using the Just Jolly platform and agreeing to these terms, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Just Jolly, its affiliates, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal liabilities arising from the User’s violation of this Suspension and Disabling of Account policy, including but not limited to claims related to defamation, intellectual property infringement, and harassment, and any other violations of applicable laws or platform policies.
Forum Guidelines Enforcement: Furthermore, in accordance with the Just Jolly Forum Guidelines, Just Jolly will take enforcement actions against any User whose behavior is deemed to violate the established guidelines for the Just Jolly Forum, including but not limited to:
