Privacy: Permanently Deleting Your Just Jolly Account
Permanently deleting your Just Jolly account erases all of your information from Just Jolly. After completing this process, you can no longer use any of your Just Jolly services, your account and all its data will be removed permanently, and Just Jolly will not be able to restore your account or retrieve your data in the future. If you contact Just Jolly Support in the future, the system will not recognize your account and Support agents will not be able to locate the deleted account.
Note: While permanently deleting your account removes you from the Just Jolly, search engines such as Google may still display your information temporarily until they update their own databases.
To keep your account secure, Just Jolly waits 7 days before permanently deleting your account. During this 7 day period, your account is blocked and you are unable to access your account or data. At any point during this period, you may contact Just Jolly Support in a reply to your deletion request and ask to stop the deletion process.
Note: Just Jolly will not delete information needed for compliance with a legal obligation or if required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
To delete your Just Jolly account:
Retrieve your invoices
Go to My Orders/Events/My Bookings in your Just Jolly account.
Click the Dropdown icon next to the relevant order.
Click View Invoice.
Click Print icon/Download PDF.

Note: If you have multiple Just Jolly accounts, you must submit a separate request for each one.
Important information about deleting "a Just Jolly account" or "Just Jolly accounts":
Deleting a Just Jolly account or deleting Just Jolly accounts does not trigger a refund.
