Canceling a Subscription

Important information about canceling a subscription:

  • Canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund.


How a client can cancel a plan


You can cancel the subscription by visiting the My Subscriptions page.


To cancel a plan through the Members Area:

  1. Log in to Just Jolly.

  2. Click your member profile at the top of the platform.

  3. Click My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.

  4. Click the Dropdown icon next to your plan.

  5. Click Cancel Subscription.

  6. Click Yes, Cancel to confirm.
