Canceling a Subscription
Important information about canceling a subscription:
Canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund.
How a client can cancel a plan
You can cancel the subscription by visiting the My Subscriptions page.
To cancel a plan through the Members Area:
Log in to Just Jolly.
Click your member profile at the top of the platform.
Click My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.
Click the Dropdown icon next to your plan.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Click Yes, Cancel to confirm.
