Performing a Traceroute for the Just Jolly Site Issues

If you are experiencing difficulties viewing the Just Jolly site, one of our Customer Care experts might ask you to perform a traceroute to determine exactly where the connection issue occurs.


Choose your operating system and follow the steps below to perform a traceroute:

​Mac

  1. Right-click the Start menu and select Run.

  2. Type cmd, and then click OK.

  3. Enter the domain in the cmd window:

    1. Type tracert www.just-jolly.com.

  4. Press Enter on your keyboard.

  5. Take a screenshot of the information.

  6. Send your screenshot to Just Jolly Customer Care.

  1. Open the Terminal:

    1. Press Cmd + Space to launch Spotlight.

    2. Type Terminal and select Terminal from the search results.

  2. Enter the URL of the Just Jolly site in the Terminal:

    1. Type traceroute www.just-jolly.com.

  3. Press Enter on your keyboard.

  4. Take a screenshot of the information.

  5. Send your screenshot to Just Jolly Customer Care.
