Sending a Screenshot to Just Jolly Customer Care

Get solutions faster by sending us a screenshot of the problem you're experiencing. Make sure to take a screenshot of your entire browser window so we can understand and solve the issue as soon as possible.


Important: If you are taking a screenshot of a billing page or bank statement, be sure to conceal your full credit card number and CVV number. Leave only the last 4 digits of the credit card visible.

Uploading a File in the Just Jolly Help Form


Note: The upload file field supports only Images file type.

Formats supported for uploading a file:

  • Images: .bmp, .gif, .heic, .heif, .jfi, .jfif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, .webp


File size limits:

  • Images: 25 MB and 15 MB for GIFs



Sending a Screenshot to Just Jolly Inbox


To send a screenshot to Just Jolly Inbox:

  1. Open Just Jolly Inbox in the left bottom.

  2. Click the Attachment icon next to Emoji's icon.

  3. Select a file from your computer and click Open.

  4. Enter a description of the issue you're experiencing and click Send.


Acceptable file formats: Using Just Jolly Inbox, you can send files in the following formats: .png .jpg .jpeg .xlsx .xls .doc .docx .ppt .pptx .pdf
