Can I search for posts in my group?
Yes. You can search for posts in your group by using the search feature. It lets you quickly find important discussions and keep track of ongoing conversations. This can help improve group engagement and make managing your group more efficient.
To search for a specific post, just go to your group page, click on the search icon, and enter keywords related to the post you're looking for.
How do I add media to posts that have already been published?
You can add media to a published post at any time. Click the More Actions icon on the relevant post and select Edit.
How do I mute notifications?
You can manage your group's notifications on Just Jolly. Click the More Actions icon next to the name of the group page and select Notifications Settings.
Can all visitors interact with group posts?
No, only members can engage with group posts (e.g. comment, react, add media).
How can I check how many people viewed my post?
To see how many people have looked at your posts, go to any of your posts and look for the view counter, which appears next to your post. You can also check for the view count on the Just Jolly app.
This number shows you exactly how many times people have viewed that specific post. Each time someone opens your post, the view counter goes up by one. This helps you understand which of your posts are most popular with readers.
