You may see an error message when attempting to publish your post. Most of these issues are rectified quickly and easily, so you can continue publishing your changes.
Error messages displayed
Error messages can be displayed for a variety of reasons, some of which include server and internet connection issues.
Click an option below to learn more about these messages, and the steps you need to take in order to publish your post.
You're logged out
This message is displayed when you are attempting to publish your post while logged out of your Just Jolly account. In order to publish your post, you need to log back in.
To log back in and publish your post:
Log in to the relevant Just Jolly account.
Click Publish in the bottom right.
Your internet is disconnected
This message is displayed if your internet connection has dropped or been interrupted while you are trying to publish your post.
We recommend keeping the tab with the Editor open and checking your internet connection.
If the connection has been lost, reconnect your device to the internet and try to publish again.
Further steps you can take
If the error message you see is not displayed above, or if following the instructions in the error message does not rectify the issue, there are further steps you can take:
Follow the instructions as outlined in the Just Jolly Technical Assistant. Some of these steps include clearing your cache, and using a different browser.
If this does not rectify the issue, contact Just Jolly Customer Care. Make sure to mention the error message and number, and the troubleshooting steps you've already followed.
