Further steps you can take

If the error message you see is not displayed above, or if following the instructions in the error message does not rectify the issue, there are further steps you can take:

  1. Follow the instructions as outlined in the Just Jolly Technical Assistant. Some of these steps include clearing your cache, and using a different browser.

  2. If this does not rectify the issue, contact Just Jolly Customer Care. Make sure to mention the error message and number, and the troubleshooting steps you've already followed.
