Groups Request: Making Groups Posts and Pages Public in Member Profiles

Currently, members cannot allow visitors to see their group page and posts in their members area. Adding a toggle to choose between private or public profiles lets members decide if visitors can view their group posts. This would give members more control over what they want to share.
