If you are experiencing issues with Audio Player, see our solutions below.

The player isn't working

  1. Delete the existing player.

  2. Add a new player from the Tool panel.

Note: 
  • Don't copy and paste the player itself as you might be also copying the problem. 

Audio files aren't uploading

Make sure that the files you are uploading meet the requirements. If the file is not supported by Audio Player, you can convert it to another file type by yourself.

Audio file isn't downloading

If your issue relates to audio downloads, try disabling the enable to download toggle and then turning it back on.
