Retrieving data from your Just Jolly account
Most of your data is accessible directly from your Just Jolly account. This includes information about your account, subscriptions, and personal information, such as your address and billing information.
Retrieving data that isn't accessible via your account
Alternatively, you can choose to download an archive of your data. This archive includes your information that you're unable to find in your Just Jolly account, including technical data and personal information that is collected by Just Jolly.

After submitting a request, you'll receive your Just Jolly account's data file within 4 days of submitting the request.
