Just Jolly Post and Content Ownership

Just Jolly provides you with a platform to create posts to reach your online audience. In the event of a dispute between several parties, Just Jolly will determine post ownership by using established guidelines.

We reserve the right to determine and/or grant ownership to an account or post based on our reasonable judgment, whether or not an independent investigation has been conducted by us.

To determine ownership of a Just Jolly account or post, keep the following in mind.

Just Jolly account ownership

Typically, the owner of a Just Jolly account is identified by the email address listed in Just Jolly’s records.

If there’s a dispute over account ownership, Just Jolly may:

  • Investigate and determine ownership using its judgment.

  • Request proof, like an ID or business license.

  • Suspend the account until all parties resolve the issue.

Post ownership

The owner of any posts or content is the owner of the Just Jolly account under which the content was created. In most cases, the owner of the account is considered to be the person or entity who has access to the email address listed in Just Jolly's records.
