Just Jolly Groups

Groups: Creating an Event

Group members create RSVP events from their groups. You still have full control, as the group owner to edit or delete the events created by your group members.


Group members can follow the instructions below to create an event:


  1. Go to the Site and Log In: Visit the Just Jolly platform and log in to your account.

  2. Go to the Relevant Group: Navigate to the group where you want to create the event.

  3. Click the Events Tab: Inside the group, click on the Events tab to access the events section.

  4. Click Create Event: Click on the Create Event button to start setting up your new event.

  5. Enter Event Details: Fill in the required details for your event, including:

    1. Event name

    2. Cover image

    3. Short teaser

    4. Start and end date

    5. Location or virtual event link

  6. Click Create: Once all details are entered, click Create to finalize the event.


Now your event will be created and visible to group members!
