Groups: Adding Anchors to Group Posts

Add an anchor to an item on your post. When visitors click the item, they're brought to the anchor, so they don't need to scroll.

To add anchors to a group post:

1. Go to Groups.

2. Choose to create a new post or edit an existing post.

3. Add the relevant text, button or element to the post.

4. Highlight the text, button or element that you want to use as an anchor.

5. Click the Link icon on the toolbar.

6. Select Section.

7. Choose the section that you want the anchor to direct to.

8. When you're ready, click Publish.

Unlinking anchors:

You can unlink anchors by clicking on the link and clicking the Unlink or Remove link icon.
