Streamline your workflow when managing your table with keyboard shortcuts.
From your post editor's Table layout only, you can select any cell, then use your keyboard to perform basic shortcuts. View the available keyboard shortcuts in the table below:
Keyboard shortcuts in your table layout:
Action | Description |

Ctrl + A ⌘ + A | Select all cells |
Ctrl + C ⌘ + C | Copy one or more cells |
Ctrl + X ⌘ + X | Cut one or more cells |
Ctrl + V ⌘ + V | Paste cut/copied content |
Tab | Go to the next cell |
Shift + Tab | Go to the previous cell |
Shift + Click | Select a range of cells between two clicks |
Right Click Ctrl + Click | Open the context menu |
