Important: The text below does not constitute legal advice and should be used for informational purposes only.

Just Jolly opposes any unauthorized infringement of copyrights.

It is Just-Jolly.com's policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. When adding content to your group or any post, it is important to make sure that you have the rights to use that content.

We have set out some guidelines for you to help keep your post and content safe from copyright complaints.

  • Videos: Just Jolly allows you to add videos to your post which have been uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo or any other service. If you uploaded the video yourself, you are free to use it on your post. With regards to other content available through these services, we recommend that you read through the YouTube and Vimeo and any other service provider's Terms of Use thoroughly before adding anything.

  • Music: Most music is protected by intellectual property rights. The Just Jolly Terms of Use state that you may not upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that might infringe a third party's intellectual property rights. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have permission to use any audio content on your post.

  • Text: All text added to your post should be original, unique and created by you. It is not permissible to copy text from another person's site or post.

  • Software: Software may be protected by intellectual property rights. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the relevant permission/license to disclose and/or make available any software on your post.
