Groups: Adding a Poll to a Group Post
Add polls to a group posts to engage your members by letting them vote on topics. You can add polls to your posts from Just Jolly website, or from the Just Jolly app.
Creating a poll from Just Jolly website
You can add a poll to a post by editing it on the group post's page.
To create a poll:
Log in to the Just Jolly using the email address associated with your Just Jolly account.
Click the relevant group.
Go to the page of the post that you want to edit.
Click the More Actions icon on the post.
Select Edit Post.
Click the Add icon beside the section where you want to add the poll.
Click the Poll icon.
Select the type of poll that you want to create:
Simple list: Creates a poll with a question and a list of clickable answers.
Image and list: Creates a poll with a question, an image, and a list of clickable answers.
Image grid: Creates a poll with a question and a list of clickable images with answers written on them.
Enter your poll question and the answers that you want your readers to choose from.
(Optional) Customize the layout, design, and settings of your poll:
Layout:
Click Layout.
Customize your layout using the options:
Question: Enable the toggle to add a main image to your poll.
Answers: Select a layout: List or Grid.
Add an image to each answer: Enable the toggle to add an image to each answer.
Poll Direction: Select a left-to-right or right-to-left direction for your poll.
Click Save
Design:
Click Design.
Customize the design using the options:
Choose a background style: Select a color, gradient, or image background for your poll.
Corner Radius: Adjust how rounded the edges of your poll and answers.
Click Save.
Settings:
Click Settings.
Customize the settings using the options:
Voting: Select who can vote on the poll. You can choose to let everyone reader vote, or let only site members vote.
People can pick multiple answers: Enable the toggle if you want to let people vote more than once.
Results: Select who can see the results of the poll. You can choose to let everyone see the results, let only site members see the results, or make the results only visible to you.
Show the vote count: Enable the toggle to display the number of votes that visitors have submitted.
Show who voted: Enable the toggle to display the names of the site members who voted on the poll.
Click Save.
Adding a poll to a group post from the Just Jolly app
To create a poll:
Open the Just Jolly app.
Tap Groups.
Tap the relevant group.
Select the post that you want to add a poll to.
Tap the Add icon in the bottom left.
Tap Poll.
Select the type of poll that you want to create:
Simple list: Creates a poll with a question and a list of clickable answers.
Image and list: Creates a poll with a question, an image, and a list of clickable answers.
Image grid: Creates a poll with a question and a list of clickable images with answers written on them.
Enter your poll question and the answers that you want your readers to choose from.

Tap Layout.
Customize your layout using the options:

Design:
Tap Design.
Select a color or image background for your poll under Choose a background style.
Tap Done.
Tap Create.
Tap the Settings icon to customize the settings of your poll:
